We have an interesting opportunity for an E-commerce Customer Experience Specialist role with a Logistics & Supply Chain company based in the UK. This well-established company is searching for an E-commerce Customer Experience Specialist with excellent communication skills and proactive order processing skills to join the UK office.

Job description:

As the seller's first point of contact, it's critical that you're dynamic and adaptable. Your ability to communicate effectively will be critical to your success, as we need someone who can establish good customer connections and set reasonable expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same.

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience in the logistics business, particularly with e-commerce fulfillment expertise.

• Excellent communication skills: the capacity to effectively communicate with people from various functions.
   Excellent command of the English language, both orally and in writing, as well as Mandarin

• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft office software and computer capabilities.

• Ability to work as part of a group.

• Working knowledge of Zendesk and CRM systems

• You must be available to work on Saturdays.

• 8-hour shift schedule – Weekends

• Education: A-Level or an equivalent qualification (preferred)

• Experiences: 1 year with Zendesk (required)
                                 1 year of CRM software (preferred)
                                 2 years of client service (required)

• Shifts: Daytime shift (preferred)
              Shift work at night (preferred)

Job Responsibilities

In this position, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring that orders are handled and completed quickly, as well as providing proactive and reactive help to a variety of online merchants.
