We have an interesting opportunity for a Junior Seller Acquisition role with a UK-based global marketplace company. A well-established company is searching for a Junior Seller Acquisition with excellent negotiation skill and experience in sales to join the UK office.

Job Introduction:

• Responsible for attracting and recruiting high-value vendors to join us and begin selling.

• Ideate, implement, and track new strategies to recruit new merchants to help the marketplace develop.

• Act as a contact for new sellers and manage numerous internal and external stakeholders.

• Meet desired KPIs on a regular basis, and create

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with sellers for the following purchase, including assisting these sellers with the onboarding process.

• Provide insights from the seller's perspective, such as product knowledge, seller dynamics, market dynamics, and competitive dynamics.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field of study is required.

• Has job experience in a similar field (sales experience is preferred)

• Problem-solving, presentation, and communication abilities are essential.

• Thinking strategically on how to attract new sellers

• Adaptable to a variety of settings, resourceful, and teachable

• Has a great amount of responsibility.

• Negotiation abilities that are effective

• A go-getter with a modest demeanor

• Intended to filed sales is a must
