We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant role with a London-based skincare firm. Our client is dedicated to bringing new methodologies through research and development as well as displaying cutting-edge technology and expertise curated from around the world.

They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work in the London center.

Requirements:

• An experienced Customer Service Assistant with at least two years of experience is required.

• Experience in a related field, preferably cosmetic/plastic surgery or an Aesthetic context, is required.

• Although not required, fluency in Mandarin would be desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to common inquiries from patients via phone and email

• Keeping our consumers up to date on the latest developments and ongoing promos

• Front-line procedures, such as appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering, are performed.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and conduct routine checks

• To place outgoing cold calls

• To assist sales consultants by setting up appointments

• Update of client information on internal database

• Other ad hoc duties related to patient satisfaction

• At all times, demonstrating high levels of customer service
