Head Chef

Mr Lau's is recruiting for a Head Chef to join the team; Mr Lau's is an established restaurant with a renown reputation in the North West of England.

You will be responsible for the operations of the kitchen from menu design, stock ordering, stock rotation to managing your team. Ensuring your department works seamlessly with front of house operations.

MR. LAU'S operates 7 days a week, open from 12noon, with service up to 10pm. Our venue is an elegant open plan restaurant and bar; offering our guests an extensive range of wines, beer, spirits and cocktails alongside fresh, high quality food cooked in our theatrical open-kitchen.

You must hold experience within a Chinese kitchen, have the ability to prepare and cook Peking style cuisine. English language skills is also necessary.
