There is an exciting opportunity for business proficient level Mandarin Chinese and English speaker for a Singapore based logistic and supply chain company for the sales support executive role, that offers up to £25k salary. The company welcomes a person who has excellent organizational, data-keeping, and analytical abilities.

Job Requirements:

• Business Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) (B1 level or above)

• Have a thorough understanding of freight shipping and processes.

• Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level

• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain positive customer relationships

• Knowledge of how to create reports in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge in dealing with air freight administration and shipment-related issues.

• Ability to complete a diverse workload while meeting tight constraints

• Adaptable, inquisitive, and open to change, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in order to accommodate airline schedules.

• Proof of your work authorization in the United Kingdom

• The person who fills this position must have excellent organizational, data-keeping, and analytical abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and documenting the Air Waybill stock that has been allotted by the central office.

• Assisting the Charter flight teams on both sales and operational levels to ensure that clients receive exceptional service.

• Creating sales reports in various forms for various stakeholders, including, but not limited to, weekly and monthly sales reports, and reports for the Chinese head office.

• Recording and reporting on each quotation and cost-related issues to the team leaders on a regular basis.

• Keeping in touch with the sales and operations teams to ensure that the proper shipment information is captured.

• Organizing account reconciliation, verifying that monthly shipping data matches customer data, and finalizing monthly invoicing to BSA and direct customers.

• Invoices are sent to clients, and payment is followed upon as needed.

• Keeping track of the client database.

• Supporting the charter flight team with any additional work that may be necessary.

• Keeping all data and records up to date, as well as adhering to the GDPR guidelines in a secure and professional way.
