Job description

The role would suit for a self-motivated candidates who loves fashion industry and have great attentions on customer caring service.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:.

• Analyse sales figures and customers satisfaction to determine improvements that can be made.

• Work with the warehouse department team to make sure all customers’ orders can be processed on time. (including order packing at times)

• Support sales manager to develop new business opportunities.

• Examine stock flow to determine promotions, reductions, price changes and clear outs.

• Creatively produce layout plans to increase sales.

• Negotiate prices, quantities and delivery times with buyers, suppliers and distributors.

• Offer customer care and service at an exceptional level.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• English and Mandarin or Cantonese (bilingual).

• Professional image and approachable personality.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Exceptional customer service capabilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates with no experience in the role, but who are passionate will also be considered.
