We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Assistant role for a UK-based property investment and development firm. The dynamic company has a presence across different nations and is currently looking for like-minded and high-caliber professionals to join the vibrant and highly driven team.

Job Requirements:

•    Bachelor's degree (preferred).
•    A marketing or social networks degree is recommended, although it is not required.
•    I've written material and designed graphics before.
•    You must be passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
•    Research skills and an eagerness to learn new things.
•    A team player with excellent literal and spoken communication abilities.
•    It will be advantageous if you are fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
•    Extensive experience in:
               1 year of social media marketing (preferred)
               1 year on social media (preferred)
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Assist with the management of the firm's social networks, which may include Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and/or other platforms (including Chinese social networking platforms such as WeChat, Red, etc.)
•    Participate in the establishment of social media presences on new and upcoming platforms.
•    Generate new textual, visual, and video material that stimulates audience involvement, fosters audience contact, and improves audience presence on corporate websites.
•    Develop content following SEO and PPC guidelines. Facilitate major projects, events, and community management for the marketing team.

•    Design huge social platform campaigns as part of a team.
•    Analyzes and reports on demography and audience statistics, as well as the performance of current social media programs.
•    Develop fresh social network content concepts and ideas.
•    Collaborate with members of the marketing and social media teams to align ad campaigns with social platform strategy.
•    Writes e-newsletters and delivers them to recipients.
•    Optimize social media interactions.
•    Create a constant stream of fresh material for audience engagement using a timetable and planned content, while analyzing, controlling, and adjusting schedules as needed to maximize visits.
