THE HOUSE
The house is a beautiful three-story modern townhouse in the historic Royal Arsenal Riverside Development. There are five large bedrooms, two large bathrooms with power showers fully equipped large kitchen with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and every possible accessory.

Rent is £575.00 per calendar month including all bills and bi-weekly cleaner.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES
We are a mixture of 20s-30s professionals – there is currently a mix of guys and girls. We all have general 9.00am-5.00pm type roles and we all get on pretty well together but are respectful of everyone’s privacy however, we do socialise together too. A non-smoker is preferred, or smoking outside the house. We aren’t party animals either and as such this is not a party house.

YOU
We are looking for a young professional or student to share our home – someone who wants a lovely place to relax in after a hard day’s work or study but also someone who likes to socialize with the other people in the house too. Sorry, no couples.

THE ROOM
The room is a lovely-sized double that is centrally heated on the top floor. The room has a massive window looking onto the garden and is also a real sun trap. The room has a double size bed, large double wardrobe, a bedside table, a sofa and TV table.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT
The house is located in the heart of the Royal Arsenal Riverside development with onsite Concierge, medical centre, pharmacy, pubs, restaurants, café and Tesco. Woolwich Town Centre is a ten minute walk away and has everything you will need from massive 24 hour Tesco to Starbucks and McDonalds. The house is situated on a lovely quiet residential street opposite the main park and surrounded by gorgeous period buildings and new builds – a real mix of new and old which makes it so special. The River Thames is less than a five minute walk away.

Train: Ten minute walk to mainline station and 25 minutes approximately to London Bridge Station on National Rail (London Bridge is also on the Northern & Jubilee London Underground Lines).
Bus: 20 minutes approximately on the bus to North Greenwich Tube Station (Jubilee Line).
DLR: 30 minutes approximately to Bank or Stratford International stations via London City Airport.
Boat: The Thames Clipper runs regular services from the Royal Arsenal Pier to The O2 and Canary Wharf into Central London.

Buses from Central London to Woolwich Arsenal run 24 hours a day (53 from Trafalgar Square or N1 from Tottenham Court Road).
