We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Data Administrator role in a London-based Accounting firm. The firm is a London-based accountancy and tax consultancy organization with units in Europe and China that offer services to businesses. The ideal person to fill this role will be a meticulous person with an eye for detail.

Job Requirements:

•    Data entry and office administrations are prioritized with 1-2 years of work exposure.
•    With a lot of data processing, you can check the correctness of the data.
•    Work flexibly with well-defined tasks and responsibilities
•    Ability to multitask accurately & efficiently
•    familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Enter fresh data into databases with precision.
•    Use strong supervisory skills to ensure that all data for VAT is stored appropriately and is current.
•    In order to resolve the VAT difficulties communicate with the staff.
•    Assist the staff with the VAT filing.
•    Collaborate with the team to provide excellent results for our clients.
•    Other responsibilities as and when allocated.
