招聘岗位：

客服专员：

工作地点：伯明翰

职责：1.接听电话（配送专员，商家，顾客），解答客户问题

2. 及时与各部门沟通合作

3.汇报，解决，跟进客户反馈的问题。

要求：1.认真负责，有耐心

2.良好的沟通能力及表达能力

3.英语口语极佳者，会PS者优先。

配送专员：

工作地点：伯明翰，布莱顿，谢菲尔德

职责：1.根据订单准时配送

2.及时与商户，客户，调度专员沟通

要求：1.时间观念强，吃苦耐劳

2.会骑自行车，或摩托车、

3.十分了解当地地形和交通状况者优先。

Delivery specialist（driver）:

Working location: Birmingham, Brighton，Sheffield

Responsibilities: 1. On time delivery according to the order

2. Communicate with merchants, customers, and dispatchers in a timely manner

Requirements: 1. Time concept is strong, hard work

2. can ride a bike, or a motorcycle

3. A good understanding of local topography and traffic conditions is preferred.

IT 产品经理：

职责：APP平台上相关2.对平台进行需求分析、功能规划，并提供完整的策划文档或解决方案；

要求：4、责任心强、沟通能力强，能够独立完成任务，有良好的团队合作精神。
