knowledge of our products.

Responsibility

 Utilize all your in-depth knowledge of automotive repairs and customer service to resolve technical issues and problems that occur while using the Autel’s products to maintain our business growth potential in Europe

 Develop detailed materials for initial and ongoing and provide training programs on implementation of Autel products for vehicle repairs to regional distributors, car dealers or end-users across Europe

 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; present and demonstrate our products to customers and make sure they are fully updated

 Collect product requirements and pain-points from clients, deliver Autel’s core value both to existed clients and potential customers by giving prompt feedbacks.

 Assist in product testing and support new product development.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English, both oral and verbal, proficiency in Chinese and any other European language would be a big plus.

 At least 1 year technical support or training experiences in automotive industry with indepth knowledge of diagnostic tools

 Automotive technical maintenance education background, with previous mechanics experiences with certifications would be a plus

 Ability to interact effectively with various personality types at all level of organizations.

 Dedicated, resilient, result-oriented with ability to multi task and work in a rapid paced environment

 Willingness to travel in Europe.
