I gained about seven (7) years solid experience in project management of building services installation in the construction field and over ten (10) years practical experience in property management (Technical) at both residential development and commercial buildings in Hong Kong.
I am possession of a certificate of Registered Electrical Worker “REW” with “Grade B0” which was registered in HK and represented the capability to carry out all aspects of electrical work involves the power rating upto 2500 Amp., l also got my Licensed Plumber “LP” since 1997 which was registered under the water supplies department of HK government, as well as I am a Registered Plumber “RP” in UK which is recognizing by the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering “CIPHE”.
My effort and work done during the employment period in Hong Kong over the past few years were fully recognized by my direct supervisor Mr. Raymond Tsang - Assistant General Manager of Goodwill Management Limited, a copy of testimonial letter mentioned above together with relevant documents can be submitted for your perusal & record when necessary.
