We have an exciting opportunity for an Education Consultant role in an Education Management company based in Newcastle. The firm provides education consultancy services and is currently seeking to hire fluent Mandarin and English speakers with relevant experience tto fill this role. This role is compensated with the additional performance-based commission with the base salary.

Job Requirements:

• Mandarin speaker who is also proficient in English.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline is required.
• Working hard, being sincere, being honest, and having a sense of team spirit.
• Possess an optimistic disposition and the bravery to challenge yourself.
• It is preferable to have a good grasp of the British and Chinese education industry (Primary, Secondary, and Higher Education).
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Educational Consultancy, Student Support, Universities and Colleges Guardianship, or Customer Service is preferred.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Customers, universities and schools, collaborators, and coordinators must all be communicated with.
• Students and parents should be informed about the company's offerings.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote our company and its products.
• Consult with overseas students on possible study plans and programmes.
• From the first consultation through the final enrolling, assist students with their applications.
• Assist with the visa application.
• Create and maintain strong client connections.
• If necessary, provide further assistance to the other team members.
