Office Clerk needed at ETS

ETS - Office Clerk Position

Cheetham Hill, Manchester.

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks within an office environment. This position will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10.00 – 6.30PM.

We are ETS, Ecommerce Transhipment Solutions Ltd., A logistics company based in Cheetham Hill, Manchester. We’re seeking a full-time Clerk to work at our M8 facility. You’ll be joining a diverse team of amazing people going the extra mile in every way.

Your role will be to support our service promise by ensuring that information is collected and entered accurately into our systems. In return, we offer a stable, friendly, and supportive working environment.

We are looking for a candidate that is Microsoft Proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook) and that is multilingual in both English and Mandarin with good communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Dealing with customer complaints.

• You will be liaising with customers, drivers, and internal departments to assist in query resolution. 

• Taking phone calls and dealing with customers on reception.

• General admin duties using various ETS systems

What You’ll Need

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent Customer Service and problem-solving skills

• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Windows applications and the use of e-mail 

• An excellent telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure.

• Flexibility as duties and priorities may change at short notice
