Specialist

Responsibilities 

1. Assist
receiving raw materials from clients, and uploading data in material       receiving
system.

2. Store raw
materials in freezers based on the requirement of product information to
maintain
the quality of
products during storage period.

3. In charge of the
operation of catalog products, including receiving, picking products, and
checking if
inventory numbers are matched in system.

4. Coordinate
with products team to maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location
orders, printing
request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
through a
computer.

5. Manage
loading/unloading packing, shipping supplies from vendors /

suppliers.

6. Maintains safe
and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations
neat; Organize
warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

7. Other duties
assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements 

1. Minimum
high school diploma, associate and bachelor’s degree preferred.

2. More than 1
years previous warehouse and shipping related experience            preferred 

3. Good
communication, organizational, time management mathematical                skills   

4. Inventory,
Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills are     required

5. Knowledge of
using pallet jack. 

6. Able to lift
at least 10 kg. 

7. Language
required- Fluent in English and Mandarin
