主播岗位描述：

1. 负责Tik tok平台的商品直播，学习并熟悉直播产品，掌握抖音直播的规则和销售技能，介绍产品并引导用户下单

2. 在直播中可以掌握快节奏的氛围，有综合把控能力。负责以专业的形象和粉丝进行互动，吸引粉丝进入直播间，增加粉丝的粘性和数量，会根据流量的变化进行承接，临场反应能力强，可应对直播间各种突发情况

3. 能够主动挖掘产品的亮点和卖点，积极参与直播的内容策划、流程以及高度配合团队协作，确保直播效果可以达到预期，每日坐班制

4. 直播期保持热情的状态，调动粉丝情绪活跃气氛，调动直播间氛围，增加直播间活跃度和新鲜度，提高粉丝对直播间的吸引力并能积极维护直播间正常秩序，快速反映解答粉丝的问题，把控直播时长和直播效果

5. 参与日常直播复盘总结，根据数据反馈做出相应调整，优化直播内容，并配合团队拍摄日常小视频，完成公司安排的日常工作事物，有目的的完成所有工作

Job descriptions:

1. Responsible for product live broadcast of Tik Tok platform, learn and get familiar with products, master rules and sales skills of Tik Tok live broadcast, introduce products and lead guide users to place orders.

2. Master the retention skills of account fans, and master the fast-paced atmosphere of live broadcast. Responsible for interacting with fans with a professional image, guiding sales, increasing the stickiness and number of fans, undertaking according to the change of traffic, with strong on-the-spot reaction ability, able to deal with various emergencies in the live broadcast room.

3. Dig out the selling points products, participate in the planning, process and script preparation of live broadcast content, and ensure the expected effect of live broadcast. The job is daily duty system.

4. During the live broadcast, keep the passionate state, mobilise the fan’s emotions to activate the atmosphere, mobilise the atmosphere of the live broadcast room, increase the activity of the live broadcast room, improve the heat of quality change, maintain the normal order of the live broadcast room, quickly reflect and answer the fan’s questions, and control the duration and effect of live broadcast.

5. Participated in the daily review and summary of colleagues, made adjustments according to the data feedback, optimised the live broadcast content, recorded relevant videos according to the operation needs, and completed other work arranged by the company. All work was result-oriented.
