Customer Service Advisors

Our client is currently recruiting Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Advisors for their offices outside of the UK in Europe. 

Please aware this is NOT a UK position, but a work visa will be provided for the successful candidates.

General Responsibility:

• Responsible for projecting a professional company image through excellent customer service by phone, email and chat communications.

• Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction through displaying a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional attitude both in words, writing and in action.

Skills:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

• Good Customer Service skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Ability to handle stressful situations

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 base salary per year plus bonus and other benefits, such as company accommodation, accommodation allowance and so on.
