Sort out cartons correctly2. Able to lift cartons or empty pallets up to 20kg3. Load & offload pallets with goods using a forklift (training provided if required)4. Wrap pallets using shrink wrap5. Able to use a scanning device (training provided)6. Able to use Excel, E-mail and other software systems7. Able to stand on feet up to 8 hours a day8. Give tasks & instructions, implement, monitor and give feedbackResponsibilities:1. Follow the Health & Safety procedures all the time and ensure the subordinates follow suit. Report any H&S breaches from staff to Line Manager 2. Ensure the staff maintain the working place neat & tidy3. Ensure the staff follow the correct company’s protocol of processing the shipments4. Ensure the staff are productive while at work5. Ensure the staff work in a rotational system to avoid monotonicity 6. Plan the workload & resources7. Be the point of contact regarding enquiries8.
