Job description

As part of the LinkEase group, Rexville Solutions Ltd (RS) has more than 10 years of experience in providing reliable Warehouse fulfilment solutions and prompting last-mile delivery services for our cross-border e-sellers on eBay and Amazon. RS headquarters is situated in Walsall, UK and we also have branches in Germany, China and Ireland. Currently, RS have 7 fully functional distribution centres (total size over 50,000 m2) located in the UK and Germany, with over 200 employees from all over the world.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deputize for the warehouse supervisor in their absence.

• Carry out all products picking, packing, labelling, handling of goods.

• Following and ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to.

• Unload all goods safely and efficiently and ensure all are stored away accurately.

• Allocate tasks to team members and monitor team workload to ensure they are up to the company’s target and SOP.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized warehouse environment.

• Safe and efficient loading of finished products ensuring customer targets is met.

• Ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded in the system.

Job Requirements

• 5 out of 6 days including Sunday.

• Basic computer skills

• The Chinese language is an advantage

• Familiar with warehouse IWMS system

• Valid Order Picker, Flexi, Bendi licence preferred.

• Shift: Between 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (on occasion until 9:30 pm due to business needs)

Skills and Experience required

• Experience as an assistant warehouse supervisor (1 year)

• Attention to detail and good organization skills

• Physically fit enough for manual handling

• Experience of working within strict Health and Safety measures
