We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrative Specialist role in a lifestyle company. The e-commerce company sells its brands that are diverse in numerous product categories such as furniture, pet supplies, exercise equipment, and other items. It is seeking a committed and passionate individual to join the Warehouse Team to provide efficient administrative and human resource assistance.

Job Requirements:

• Work diligently, patiently, and possess outstanding personal traits.

• Excellent learning, communication, and negotiating capabilities.

• Strong knowledge of office applications, documentation, and editing skills.

• Work experience in a relevant field is desired.

• A CIPD certification is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting, training, compensation and benefit allocation, performance evaluation, and other responsibilities.

• Responsibilities include controlling staff attendance and keeping track of attendance data.

• Assist the General Manager in improving and implementing the company's rules.

• Assist the organisation in organising and implementing team-building events to aid in the development of healthy employee relationships.

• Administration and procurement of fixed assets and supplies.

• Assign responsibilities to warehouse workers.

• Organization of temporary tasks.
