岗位职责：

1、市场与产品规划

2、新产品GTM

3、产品与解决方案营销

4、客户需求管理

5、支撑定价策略制定

6、销售人员和客户赋能

Responsibility:

1. Making the market and products plan;

2. Launching new products, Going to Market;

3. Marketing for products and solutions;

4. Managing the customers’ demands;

5. Supporting pricing strategy;

6. Training the local sales and customers, improving their sales skill and products knowledge.

任职资格：

1、 本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先；

2、 英语或其他小语种可作为工作语言；

3、 3年以内工作经验，有ICT领域销售/技术支持/售前等经验优先；

4、  具有一定的市场思维，对市场运作及理解到位，能敏锐把握机会点；

5、 坦诚正直，抗压能力强，有较强的进取意识；

Requirement:

1.Bachelor and above (Major in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Communications and Networking, etc.),

2.English or other small language can be used as a working language.

3. No more than 3 years of work experience, experience in ICT sales/technical support/pre-sales is preferred;

4. Market thinking, deep understanding to the market, good acuity to the opportunities.

5. Honesty and integrity, strong ability for bearing pressure and enterprising consciousness.
