Mandarin Speaking Bookkeeper

A fast-growing accountancy practice， KY Accountancy, situated in New Malden require a full-time experienced bookkeeper or accounts assistant to join our team in providing a range of services to our clients.

Ongoing training will be provided, but previous bookkeeping experience is essential.

Practice experience will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Bookkeeping

-       VAT return

-       Bank Reconciliations

-       Payroll and pensions

-       Communication with clients

-       Assisting with preparation of Year End Accounts

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

-       Attention to detail and time management skills

-       Good knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping and VAT regulation

-       Hard working and efficient

-       Excellent communication skills

-       Effective and timely reporting skills

-       Fluent in English and Mandarin

-       Good excel and IT skill

-       Able to work to strict deadlines and time constraints with no supervision

Qualifications:

-       Minimum Level 3 AAT or ACCA part qualified
