Residential Day Concierge

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Night Concierge role in a London-based Residential Management company. The Concierge's purpose is to establish a safe residential environment, the greatest degree of intuitive service, and customer care - all while maintaining individualized communication/interaction with all stakeholders in accordance with agreed-upon service standards and protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping meticulous records of all visitors.

• Receiving and handling all deliveries for homes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and sending out relevant notifications to households as needed.

• Meet and greet all residents and guests in a courteous and inviting manner, ensuring that any inquiries and queries are promptly addressed and answered.

• Ensure that all health and safety issues are brought to the attention of the relevant person and dealt with promptly.

• Conducting thorough and detailed handovers with development team members to provide a seamless service.

• Recording and key management.

• Assuring good communication among all service partners, building a one-team mentality, and aiming for service excellence are all important goals.

• As needed, conduct regular patrols.

• Resident appointments and needs for amenity facilities are managed.

• Act as the principal point of contact for residents with confidence, both in person and through the resident app's communication streams.

• Provide them with recommendations for local attractions and, if needed, assist with restaurant reservations, ticketing, and transportation arrangements.

• Assist in the seamless move-in and move-out of residents.

• Overnight patrols and checks of all communal spaces and floors are conducted to ensure the building's safety and security.

• Accurately reporting any health and safety concerns, as well as taking necessary action and escalation in the case of emergency.
