Housekeeper

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper role in a London-based Residential Management company. The business is searching for a qualified housekeeping crew to join a fresh new Luxury Residential development in Vauxhall. This is a five-day, 45-hour shift position.

Job Requirements:

• Complete knowledge of the various cleaning products and how to use them efficiently.

• Have worked as a housekeeper.

• Maintain high cleaning standards.

• Exceptionally dependable and trustworthy.

• The UK work authorization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent level of sincerity, courtesy, individualized service, and promptness for all stakeholders.

• Following up on requests regularly and reporting back; ensuring that all requests are fulfilled and that all expectations are satisfied.

• They maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Follow the stated code of conduct and house rules, as well as fire laws and departmental policies and procedures.

• Work together with other team members in a supportive and flexible manner, with an emphasis on ensuring that stakeholders are satisfied with the cleanliness.

• Clean all operating areas, including resident amenities and recreational facilities, refuse zones, and front/back of the house, as per timetable, ensuring that all spaces are perfectly clean and organized at all times.

• Participating in the induction process and communicating any issues to the Cleaning Manager.

• Having a thorough understanding of the various cleaning products and how to use them efficiently, as well as ensuring that the proper cleaning materials are utilized in compliance with established standards and H&S policies.

• Ensure that all functioning equipment is cleaned, maintained, and in good working order regularly and that all problems are reported to the senior managers and/or engineers on site.

• Recognize and respond effectively to any circumstance that has the potential to jeopardize the organization's safety, security, and well-being, as well as the safety, security, and well-being of all stakeholders.

• Attend the obligatory organizational training to give a professional and efficient service.

• To do ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Managers
