Residential Door Person

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Door Person and Valet role in a London-based Residential Management company. The company provides a variety of development companies on new build projects and support schemes. The experienced doorman and valet holding this position will serve as the initial point of contact for all residents and visitors arriving.

Job Requirements:

• Full UK driver's license with no points.

• Applicants should be 30 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.

• Should ideally have worked in a similar position in a 5-star hotel or a London prime residential scheme.

• Dependability and high efficiency.

• Oriented toward service.

• Authorized to work in the UK.

• Mandarin speakers are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome, all visitors to the building, and maintain a kind and professional demeanor at all times.

• Working with the security and concierge teams to ensure that the building is always safe and secure, with admission controls in place.

• Assisting with bags, luggage, and instructions, as well as organizing cabs and other forms of transportation as needed.

• Ensure clear communication between residents and team members, as well as prompt response to any requests.

• Keep track of resident movements in and out of the building daily so you can support with valet service as required.

• Assist the concierge team with general inquiries and become a representative of the front-line customer care team.

• Providing a reliable and customer-focused valet service to residents of the complex.

• Ensure that safety and care are prioritized and that cars are thoroughly inspected before and after each trip to ensure that there are no concerns.

• Report any damages reliably and readily.
