Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager role in an FCA registered London-based Financial Services company. The company has grown into a prominent specialised mortgage broker, with close ties to the China divisions of major estate agents, builders, and private banks. The company is seeking for self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and well-organized people to join the account management team, which will assist customers and support the adviser team.

Job Requirements:

• Prior job experience in a financial setting would be advantageous.

• Higher Education Diploma (preferred).

• 1 year of account management experience (preferred).

• 1-year experience with customer service (preferred).

• Work authorization in the United Kingdom (preferred).

• CeMAP certification is preferred.

• Mortgage processing knowledge and skills are desirable.

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize assignments are essential.

• Outstanding communication ability in both Mandarin and English.

• Teamwork ability and ability to work autonomously to accomplish goals, as well as contribute to strong team morale.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential to be able to rationalize the specific information request.

• Possibility of commuting/relocating to the workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with all client account management issues as the primary point of contact.

• Ensure that guidance, assistance, and information are delivered on schedule and according to client needs and objectives.

• Assist with difficult customer requests or issue resolution as needed.

• Use the different mortgage systems to submit and approve mortgage applications.

• Maintain prompt and professional communication with consumers, banks, insurers, real estate developers, realtors, and solicitors, ensuring that requests are correctly addressed within agreed-upon time frames.

• Work with the sales team to find and expand opportunities.
