Freight Forwarding Coordinator

Job Description:

A global freight forwarder is currently looking for an Air, Road and Ocean Coordinator with experience across both imports and exports. The ideal candidate will be stable within employment and comfortable completing the full process from start to finish.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Road, Air or Ocean bookings

• Ensure the completion and timely delivery

• Process data through the CRM

• Identify transactions and tasks that need special handling

• Request and negotiate freight quotations

  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years in the Freight Forwarding industry

• Distributions / Logistics management experience
  

• Ability to work in a fast paced and exciting environment

• Proven experience in Excel

• Fluent in Chinese and English

• Knowledge of Far East and/or US Trade Routes

• Knowledge of Air/Ocean import and export process
