Customer Service Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service role with a wholesale company. Our client has a broad range of authentic food products which they import from many places across the world.

Role Purpose
A great opportunity has emerged for a professional customer support supervisor to handle the day-to-day processing of customer accounts while ensuring proactive coordination both internally and externally. Developing working partnerships with main supply chain contacts for the client.

What we need from you:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with wholesale food retail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
cross-cultural communication experience.
Good customer center-related software operation skills and related resource planning tool.
Fluent speaker and writer in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Good project management and time management abilities.
Comfortable looking at and acting on data.
Capability to take ownership and operate under strict deadlines.
A passion for all things food.

 What you will be doing:

Receive and process orders via phone, email, and other forms of communication.
Answer any concerns about orders that have been placed or are about to be placed.
Analyze orders effectively, including detecting market fluctuations.
Ongoing contact with the inventory staff and schedulers about supply.
Notify customers in advance of order shorts and any other order issues or concerns.
Develop efficient, collaborative partnerships with customers to agree on their data and support needs.
Regular order trackers and active daily management of "promotions".
Regular prediction tracking and constructive cooperation with the commercial team.
Accept the customer's needed remedial action for all availability issues.
Investigate the 'root cause' of shorts and report back to the customer in detail.
Establish successful working partnerships with commercial teams.

What we offer you in return:
Competitive salary ranges from €21000 to €30000.
Accommodation will be provided.
Our client can sponsor Tier 2 Visa.

Work Timing: 

3 PM to 11 PM
