Logistics Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Coordinator role in a Nottingham-based Transportation, Logistics, and Storage company. The company is a rapidly expanding and globally operating logistics service provider that collaborates with a group of worldwide enterprises in the online retail and logistics sectors. The Senior Logistics Coordinator will assist the General Manager with the routine operations and warehousing, as well as take on responsibility for managing numerous warehouses and stock management activities for different foreign markets and distributing inventories.

Job Requirements:

• Native or proficient in Mandarin and English (oral and writing).

• Bachelor's degree or similar - preferably in Business Administration or Logistics

• Team management experience.

• A confident, articulate communicator and collaborator.

• Can work independently.

• Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to operate efficiently.

• Excellent organizational abilities and adaptability.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced level proficiency in MS Office software including Word and Excel.

• Experience with customer service.

• Capability to commute to/relocate to Nottingham.

  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and preparing packages for Amazon, distributors, and individual consumers.

• Interacting with clientele in China and other countries regularly to organise facilities.

• Regular communication with overseas suppliers, agencies, and partners to schedule shipments, etc.

• Keeping track of charge sheets and invoices.

• Analyze and enhance work processes in operations.

• Assist in the ongoing improvement of operations and strategy.

• Be in charge of monthly stocktake processes.
