Warehouse Team Leader (SF Project) [Chinese Speaker] - Walsall

As part of the LinkEase group, Rexville Solutions Ltd (RS) has more than 10 years of experience in providing reliable Warehouse fulfilment solutions and prompting last-mile delivery services for our cross-border e-sellers on eBay and Amazon. RS headquarters is situated in Walsall, UK and we also have branches in Germany, China and Ireland. Currently, RS have 7 fully functional distribution centres (total size of over 50,000 m2) located in the UK and Germany, with over 200 employees from all over the world.

Main Responsibilities

1. Setup Rota for the team

2. Plan and coordinate incoming storage and dispatch on a daily basis

3. Loading & unloading vehicles in a safe manner

4. Along with the Health & Safety advisor work together to ensure the health & safety of the warehouse department and advise on recommendations if needed

5. Assist with training of warehouse personnel

Qualification Requirements

1. Staffing, strategic planning, and people management

2. Managing performance and profitability

3. Promoting process improvement

4. Dealing with complexity, analysing information, and implementing company vision

5. Attention to detail and good organisation skills

6. Physically fit enough for manual handling

7. Experience in working within strict Health and Safety measures

Salary: £10.7-11/h
