Restaurant Head Chef

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, inspiring, creative head chef to join the culinary team at Mr Lau’s. MR LAU’S is a well established Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Warrington Town Centre. Strategically located in the Cultural Quarter amongst the towns best bars and eateries. We are popular with family dining, business luncheons, celebrations and events. Our 100+ seat venue encompasses an open kitchen showcasing the theatre of Chinese cuisine, from dim sum making to cooking peking style dishes. Also with a dedicated chefs table, customers can be part of the live action. Our private dining room boasts luxury and privacy with fine wines and banquet menus. As our Head Chef, you must have the desire and inspiration to drive Mr Lau’s with creative and delicious dishes, have the vision and knowledge to develop tantalising menus each season. Whilst managing a small efficient team that service a popular restaurant 7 days a week from lunch through to evening service. You will have experience within a Chinese kitchen, have the skills to cook peking/Cantonese style, the ability to speak Chinese & English. Accommodation is not provided.
