仓储主管岗

工作职责：

1. 对出入库产品及时、正确的做好精确的单据录入，以及监督。

2. 负责仓库整体工作事务及工作日常事务管理，协调部门与各职能部门之间的工作。

3. 仓库所有进出流通事务的管理分配，日常任务的协调和下达。

4. 负责仓库产品的日常维护和整理安排，及时巡视库存物品并处理损坏的产品。

5. 采购、补货计划的制定和实施。

6. 定期汇总上报各项仓储物流管理报表。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历。

2. 具有仓储物流相关领域管理工作经验优先。

3. 熟悉物流管理业务流程。

4. 熟悉仓库管理软件。

5. 有良好的沟通及谈判能力，团队管理能力，独立工作能力，能承受一定的工作压力

6. 有逻辑思维能力，善于思考，总结。

7. 熟练应用Word， EXCEL，PPT。

8. 英语流利，会说中文者优先。

Warehouse Supervisor 

Job responsibilities:

1. Timely and accurate document entry and supervision of products to and from the warehouse.

2. Responsible for the overall work of the warehouse and day-to-day management of the warehouse tasks, coordination between various functional departments.

3. Management allocation of all incoming and outgoing circulation transactions in the warehouse, coordination and release of daily tasks.

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and finishing arrangements of warehouse products, timely inspection of inventory items and handling damaged products.

5. Development and implementation of procurement and replenishment plans.

6. Regular summarizing and writing of various warehouse logistics management reports.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and above.

2. Management experience in warehousing and logistics-related areas is preferred.

3. Familiarity with logistics management business processes.

4. Familiarity with diverse warehouse management software.

5. Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, independent working ability, ability to work under pressure.

6. Ability to think logically, be good at summarizing and structuring.

7. Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

8. Fluency in English. Chinese is preferred.
