每年 £28,000.00 + 服務費分紅（Service Charge）

Key Responsibilities | 主要職責：

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
2. 管理日常餐廳營運，確保服務流程順暢
3. Prepare and manage daily operational and attendance reports
4. 製作與管理每日營運及員工出勤報告
5. Create and manage staff shift schedules
6. 制定並管理員工排班表
7. Maintain and ensure high standards of food and service quality
8. 維持並確保餐飲與服務品質達到高標準
9. Provide regular training and coaching to staff on customer service excellence
10. 定期為員工提供顧客服務方面的培訓與指導
11. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure adequate stock is maintained
12. 監控庫存，負責下單補貨，確保存貨充足
13. Participate in shift duties and support daily floor operations as needed
14. 參與輪班並在需要時支援日常前場運作
