VOOPOO is seeking to recruit a HR Business PartnerYour ResponsibilityYou will be expected:1. Understand the company s strategic goals, overseas employee attributes, etc., and take the initiative to obtain the human resources work requirements of business departments;2. Provide human resources support for organizational development, regularly conduct organizational and talent inventory, and be responsible for cadre management, performance management, learning and development, salary management, and employee relationship management of the business team;3. Organize and carry out talent inventory, pay attention to the training, development and promotion of key talents, help overseas branches build talent echelons, and promote the development of organizations and talents;4. Take the initiative to interact with managers and employees to ensure the effective transmission of internal information and establish a benign internal communication mechanism;5. Combine daily work, participate in the improvement of human resources systems, processes and systems of overseas branches, and improve the efficiency of human resources operations;6. Promote the cultural construction of overseas branches, create a positive organizational atmosphere, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization;About YouYou should be have Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, English or other related discipline; Master Degree or Oversea study experience is preferred;You should have generalist HR experience and at least 3-years related experience;You should have management skills and highly skilled in collaboration and coordination - knows how to leverage people resource and how to build, lead, manage and motive a multi-functional team;You should have excellent communication and responsive skills - verbal, written and presentation in English.
