Full Job Description

We are a chinese fast growth restaurant group in Liverpool street, and need to hire a dishwasher to join our team.

Previous experience in similar positions is preferable. If you have a desire to learn, a chinese food and enjoy being active, it’s the right time to join the team as we continue to expand!

l  Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas

l  从餐厅和厨房区域收集用过的厨具

l  Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)

l  用手清洗特定物品（如木制砧板、大壶和精致瓷器）

l  Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately

l  适当存放干净的碗碟、玻璃杯和设备

l  Set up workstations before meal prep begins

l  用餐前一切准备工作

l  Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours

l  确保始终有足够干净的盘子、玻璃杯和餐具，尤其是在高峰时段

l  Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary

l  保持清洁用品库存（如洗涤剂），必要时下订单

l  Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues

l  Remove garbage regularly

l  定期清除垃圾

l  Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
