Responsibilities

You will work in the above address and you are expected to fulfil the following duties:

Duties

·         Ensure the company has appropriate financial and accounting systems and manage all aspects of the finance and accounting systems in accordance with the legal requirements and the agreed company policies;

·         Work with the company’s external accounting consultancy to prepare annual account and statuary reports;

·         Prepare for approval by the directors of annual budget of income and expenditure;

·         Ensure accurate account records are maintained both in hard copies and in computer files, and ensure that the financial transactions are carried out in an appropriate manner observing the financial regulations of both legal requirements and the company;

·         Perform periodic reconciliation for the bank accounts and the general ledger accounts;

·         Report on regular basis to the director in respect of the profit and loss account for overall operation and annual report and other reports required by the management;

·         Credit control;

·         Producing managerial statistics and reporting to General Manager and Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor degree or above of accounting or relevant subject

• Have a good knowledge of both Chinese and British accounting      practices, policies and regulations

• Be bilingual in Chinese mandarin and English

• Be organised and proactive

工作职责：

·         参与制定公司财务管理制度及相应的实施细则

·         负责资金管理、调度；编制月、季、年度财务情况说明分析，向公司领导报告公司运营状况

·         负责与公司外部会计事务所的联络、沟通工作

·         负责公司总账及明细分类账的记账、结账、核对，编制会计报表；并及时清理应收、应付款项

·         负责公司会计报表、帐薄装订及会计资料保管工作    

·         协助出纳做好现金报销及收款工作

要求：责任心强，工作认真负责；

会计及相关专业本科以上学历，熟悉中英财务制度；

中英文流利；

有工作经验和英国驾照者优先考虑 ；
