工作职责：

• 收货：收取货品，负责每日的入库品控以及整理上架；

• 质量把控：针对库存商品进行严格质量把控，对库存质量负责；

• 补货：监控不同库区的库存，及时调配不同库区的库存资源；

• 分拣：负责包装、分拣生鲜产品；

• 损控：负责控制生鲜损耗;

• 卫生管理：负责仓库的一般卫生管理，以确保始终保持高标准；

• 负责处理各类突发事件。

任职要求：

• 对常用中国生鲜种类熟悉，有相关仓库管理经验优先;

• 有主人翁精神，具有优秀的职责素养；

• 具备一定的领导能力，能够调配库存部门不同小组成员；

• 具备基本的IT技能，MS办公软件使用熟练；

• 善于思考，善于发现并且解决问题；

• 具备优秀的抗压能力;

• 能够承担一定的体力劳动。

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving: receiving goods, responsible for daily warehousing quality control and sorting out the shelves;

• Quality control: Strict quality control is carried out for the inventory products, and the inventory quality is responsible;

• Replenishment: monitor the inventory in different storage areas, and allocate the inventory resources in different storage areas in time;

• Sorting: responsible for packaging and sorting fresh products;

• Loss control: responsible for controlling the loss of fresh food;

• Hygiene management: responsible for the general hygiene management of the warehouse to ensure that high standards are maintained at all times;

• Responsible for handling various emergencies.

Job requirements:

• Familiar with commonly used Chinese fresh products, relevant warehouse management experience is preferred;

• Possess the spirit of ownership and have excellent responsibility literacy;

• Possess certain leadership skills and be able to deploy different team members of the inventory department;

• Possess basic IT skills, proficient in using MS office software;

• Good at thinking, good at discovering and solving problems;

• Possess excellent pressure resistance;

• Able to undertake certain physical work.
