Responsibilities：
Strategic thinking and planning
• Support ASM on preparing the annual plan and budget by improving tools and insight on data analysis.
• Assist ASM on decision making by providing in depth analysis on figure / organization structure / work process perspective.
• Area new city expansion plan, including new city distributor selection criteria and process, new city coverage process, etc.

Projects and Process optimizing
• Develops area sales team work processes and procedures (PDA system–journey plan, routing, coverage, systems of reporting etc.) and supports ASM in defining and optimizing work processes and procedures and in ensuring alignment at regional/national Sales Department.
• Lead regional best practice sharing across sales organization to improve productivity.

Distributor management
• New city distributor selection criteria
• Distributor KPI scorecard owner
• Distributor business planning and review

Requirements：
• Sales expertise, inter-personal skills.
• Knowledge of project management;
• Experience of Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel;
• Knowledge and experience of FMCG distributor management;
• Knowledge of Commercial Logistics and Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes.
• Strong people management skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin
