Accounts Assistant

We are one of the largest Korean super markets located in New Malden, currently looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.

The Role and day to day duties

• Supporting Accounts Payable Team and wider finance function

• Posting of petty cash transactions

• Daily cash counting and checking till closing including cash/ card transactions.

• Producing sales analysis for branches

• Processing staff expense claims

• Reviewing and checking invoices and inputting in internal system

• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and responding to queries.

• Processing purchase requests from other departments/branches

• Ad hoc administrative tasks.

  
  

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good command of English

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Good communications and time management skills

• Teamwork and collaboration across departments

• Korean or Chinese speaker preferable but not essential.

• Flexible working approach may be required

Salary: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
