We’re looking for 3 team members to join us at our food stall at St. Paul's for 6 weeks between 29 June 2023 - 9 August 2023. This position requires a highly engaged and motivated individual who is capable of quickly learning and internalising new information. The right candidate has experience in a customer-service environment and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. In addition, successful candidates should be able to work well in a team environment, be familiar with the concepts of service recovery and have a passion for quality service.



Responsibilities:



Assist the supervisors/managers in setting up the stall and preparing all food products prior to the shop's opening.

You will be in charge of preparing and distributing orders.

You will help with cleaning and maintaining high levels of cleanliness at the end of the shift.

One of your main responsibilities is to give 5-star customer service.

Weekday Shift: Monday - Friday (10am - 6pm)

Weekend Shift: Saturday only (10am - 7pm)



We are closed on Sunday.



Experience:



Food Service Servers: 1 year (preferred)
