As an Official TikTik Shop Partner, we provide end-to-end comprehensive TikTok marketing
services from livestream selling management, TikTok video production, TikTok paid media
promotion and TikTok Shop management.
Job Description:
1. Deep understanding of the following: daily live broadcast, scripted discourse, follow-up
broadcast, backstage, product uploading and pinning, quality control, equipment, lighting.
2. Dynamic real-time optimization of people, goods and venues in the live broadcast room.
3. Optimize the conversion rate and minute output of the broadcasters.
4. Daily management of live stream presenters: recruitment, interview, recording, trial broadcast,
screening, reviewing, training, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Good live operation-related work experiences and familiar with the midfield control, can set the
scene and set the light.
2. Have a keen interest in live streaming with a lively and cheerful personality. Quick responsive
and a good planner and able to handle emergency.
3. The most important thing is to be able to optimize the live hosts’ presenting abilities in real
time and have developed your own set of skills in helping hosts grow. We also accept presenters
to do operations.

 任职要求
1. 英语一定要好，会很好的英语书写和语言沟通。
2. 对直播有浓厚的兴趣，有团队精神，愿意吃苦，性格活泼开朗，反应敏捷，具备应急预案能
力。
3. 最重要的是能够实时优化主播的直播学习能力，拥有自己一套完善的主播成长体系。
