Reporting to: Assistant Manager of Director

Role Purpose:

Working within the team of restaurant reporting to the Assistant Manager of Director, the post-holder is required to produce and develop Modern Multi cultured fine dining style to our multi cuisine restaurant, be able to demonstrate intelligent balanced judgement in all matters. has the insight view of Chinese, Tai, Japanese, Malaysia and South Korea cuisines culture trend analysis skills, able to provide advanced knowledge and ideas to suit the fast-changing lifestyle, bring the South-East Asian food Cultures merge into UK healthy lifestyle.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Educated to a degree level or Equivalent

• A broad understanding of current South East Asian Lifestyle in food chain sector.

• Experience working in Multi Cultured cuisine-based environment is desirable.

• Self-motivated with a strong ambition to succeed.

• Capable of developing and implementing clear and effective business strategies.

• Able to work as an individual with minimum supervision and as part of a team to achieve a team success.

• Able to produce a high standard of work that is both detailed and accurate

• English Language to a standard level as required for international skilled worker.

• Fluence in two other languages as Chinese, Japanese, Tai or Korean is desired.
