Restaurant manager position

Premier Eastern Ltd trading as Raise Oriental Buffet is a reputable restaurant business serving the local community and visitors, We are currently recruiting a Restaurant manager to fill in the vacancy to meet our daily operation needs.



Job duties and responsibilities for a restaurant manager are as follows:



1. Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant

2. Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability

3. Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes

4. Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales

5. Create and execute plans for sales, profit, and staff development

6. Set budgets or agree on them with the company director.

7. Plan and coordinate menus, working closely with the head chef

8. Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar, and waiting staff are working as a team

9. Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff

10. Respond to customer queries and complaints

11. Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations, and offer advice about the menu and wine choices

12. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

13. Check stock levels and order supplies



Working hours: 48 hours per week

Annual salary: 26500.00
