Store manager Luxury boutique

Now Trends Consultancy  is looking on behalf of his client an Store Manager to work at bicester Villahge 

Duties:
Maintain store staff job results by coaching and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Producing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate cover at all times and liaising with Head of Retail to arrange extra staff
Co-ordinating daily meetings, appointment planning and reports
Overseeing stock takes
Managing the merchandising of the store to ensure cabinets are full and well organised
Arranging special promotions, displays and events
Working closely with the Head of Retail Operations to implement and review procedural or strategic changes.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
A minimum of 3 year of retail management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
Excellent English communication verbal and written
Excellent time management/project skills

Excellent salary package  35000 according your experience 

experience in luxury or prenium is a must 
excellent level of english
