岗位抬头：线下业务 leader

上班地址：英国伦敦

团队配置：0-1 组建线下业务团队，根据业务发展节奏灵活配人

岗位职责：

1、  协助公司探索海外线下零售业务，负责前期市场调研、规划筹建等工作；

2、  负责公司海外线下业务团队组建、人货场管理等日常业务运营工作，达成公司阶段性的经营目标；

3、  协助公司梳理线上线下业务协同机制，如商品货盘、活动营销、仓储物流等，并拟定品牌在当地的发展策略；

4、  负责发展维护当地各方面公共关系，处理危机事务。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，流利的英语听说读写能力，可常驻英国工作；

2、  5 年以上大型连锁门店运营管理经验优先，有海外从0 到 1 线下业务开拓和团队组建经验优先；

3、  有英国或国内大型家居品牌任职背景者优先考虑；

4、  具备优秀的市场调研&开拓、零售运营管理、线下业务团队管理能力；

5、  事业心强，结果导向，有创业精神。

薪酬范围：

Furniture offline business development leader

Location: London, UK

Job Description:

1. Develop UK offline retail business, including market research, planning and preparation;

2. Set up the offline business team, manage the store and daily business operation, and achieve the expected goals;

3. Assist in sorting out online and offline business coordination mechanisms such as commodity supply and demand, marketing activities, warehousing and logistics, and formulate local brand development strategies;

4. Conduct compliance operations according to local culture, background and system, and have the ability to deal with crisis affairs.

Job Description:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, holding UK work permit.

2. At least 5 years operation and management experience of large chain stores is preferred, 0-1 offline business development and team building experience is preferred;

3. Working experience in large UK or domestic brands is preferred;

4. Excellent ability in market research and development, retail operation management and offline business team management;

5. Highly motivated, result-oriented and entrepreneurial.
