Fortress Contemporary Art Foundation 通过五年的筹备，于2017年11月16日在英国注册成立。FCAF在其创立伊始，于三条线索的引导下形成了多元化的运营版块。

FCAF与全球优秀的艺术机构展开合作，通过主题展策划、艺术家赞助及策展人、批评家、跨界学者联合研究等项目方式，以激活和支持具有前瞻性的当代艺术创作；同时，通过档案数据库的建立、梳理和研究，创建与艺术史建立联系的收藏体系，也为艺术品的社会收藏提供专业性的研究材料和机构指导。

秘书处职能主要为机构内外合作方提供服务，并执行这些机构制定的方案和政策。

这是一份具有挑战性的工作，面对多种多样的项目，但你能与一支优秀团队一起共事和学习，全面参与基金会当代艺术部分工作的台前幕后，深度接触国际一线艺术家并与之合作，我们找的就是你！

岗位职责：

1）        协助完成基金会整体艺术项目计划与统筹工作，艺术展览排期与讨论，艺术家资料收集与整理工作；

2）        协助完成基金会艺术收藏，管理；

3）        协助基金会艺术教育项目开展；

4）        协助完成艺术驻留项目对接；

任职要求：

1）        对FCAF艺术基金会的理念认同，具有一定的艺术机构实践经验；

2）        艺术管理专业毕业；

3）        熟悉基本设计软件：Office办公软件/photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Ai Illustrator/sketchup/premiere；

4）        较强的文字编写，资料整理能力；

5）        工作积极主动，具有包容心、高度责任心，能承担工作压力，善于跨领域合作完成工作；

6）        硕士及以上学历，艺术与设计、艺术管理专业背景，有艺术行业从业经验者优先；

7）        普通话或广东话，英语流利；

8）        拥有英国居留权优先；

Fortress Contemporary Art Foundation had prepared for five years and was incorporated in the UK on 16^th November. At the beginning of its establishment, FCAF formed a diversified operating section under the guidance of three clues.

FCAF collaborates with outstanding art institutions around the world to activate and support forward-looking contemporary art through diverse projects like theme exhibition planning, artist sponsorship and joint research by curators, critics, and cross-border scholars, etc. Meanwhile, the establishment, combing and research of the database, the creation of a collection system linked to the history of art, and the provision of professional research materials and institutional guidance for the social collection of artworks.

The Secretariat's functions primarily serve the internal and external partners and implement the programs and policies developed by these agencies. This is a challenging job which may facing a wide variety of projects, but you can work and learn together with a good team, fully participate in the front and back of the contemporary artwork part of Foundation and have deep exposure to international first-line artists.  We are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

1) Assist in the completion of the Foundation's overall art project planning and co-ordination work; art exhibition scheduling and discussion; artist data collection and organization;

2) Assist in completing the foundation art collection and management;

3) Assisting the Foundation's art education project;

4) Assist in the docking of the art resident project;

Requirements:

1) Have a certain artistic institution practical experience in the concept recognition of the FCAF Art Foundation;

2) Graduated in Art Management;

3) Familiar with basic design software: Office/Software/InDesign/Illustrator/Ai Illustrator/sketchup /premiere;

4) Strong writing and data editing skills;

5) Be proactive, inclusive, highly responsible, able to take up work pressure, and be good at cross-field cooperation to complete work;

6) Master's degree or above, major in art and design, art management, experience in the art industry is preferred;

7) Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese;

8) Give priority to those who have British residency rights;
