Salary:From GBP 30,600 per year

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations to ensure the quality of food, beverages, and waiting service is as required, and that appropriate hygiene standards are maintained.

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.

- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.

- Check that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit.

- Organize and supervise shifts for employees.

- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

- Ensure any offers and promotions are run at correct times.

- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.



Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required:

- Have a keen interest in Chinese food and culture.

-Candidates must possess a degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a closely related field.

- Have experience in a management role with proven customer service and employee management experience.

- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.

- Acute financial management skills.

- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Be able to engage with guests and build friendly rapport.
