As an official Tik Tok shop Partner, we provide end-to-end comprehensive Tik Tok marketing services from livestream selling management, Tik Tok video production, Tik Tok paid media promotion and Tik Tok shop management.

Job Description:

Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the accountant, monitor internal approval procedures for invoices and payment authorisations, perform accounts payable accounting, process and reconcile bank statements, perform company tax related tasks, etc.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for internal and external reporting for the company, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, ensure all the accruals and provisions are correct

2. Review of all central balance sheet accounts ensuring reconciliations are completed appropriately.

3. Responsible for the preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts for all entities.

4. Oversight of financial controls and support team on implementation of controls and process improvement initiatives

5. Manage and support the delivery of a detailed overall year-end closing plan, with clear accountabilities and timelines

Skills:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or experience in a similar role

2. MS Office; Lark, Word, advanced Excel, Accounts software

3. Good demonstrable knowledge of UK financial Regulations

4. You are a problem-solver and have excellent organizational skills and attention to details

5. You can speak and write Chinese.
