Super Smart Service is looking for an HR Assistant to join our distribution centre.

As an HR Assistant, you will assist the HRBP with the business's HR functions, delivering excellent and accurate advice to the stakeholders. The candidate currently must have a valid visa to work in the UK.

The Role:

• Assisting the HRBP in implementing HR policies & strategies, dealing with employee relationship

• Assisting the HRBP in dealing with employee relation issues, managing disciplinary procedures and relevant documentation

• Assisting the HRBP in process of recruitment which includes vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts

• Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits

• Managing and organising HR-related documents which include personal files, health & safety record and others

• Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related from line manager

The Ideal Candidate:

• CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential) or studying in HR-related or business management university degree

• Must be fluent in communicating both verbally and written in English, preferable communicating both verbally and written in Mandarin/Chinese

• The ideal candidate has previous UK-based experience in similar roles and tasks within logistics but is not essential

• Ideally, experience with onboarding, creating HR documentation, and managing basic payroll, risk and compliance issues but is not essential

• Previous experiences are not essential, the company will provide complete training sessions once onboarding

Working hours: 176 hours per month

Contract type: Permeant contract
