Introduction

We are a group of engineers with a diverse range of experience with various skills and knowledge to enable us to deliver projects to a very high standard. Structural Hub is a design consultancy based in Birmingham providing various engineering services to homeowners, architects, contractors and are able to deliver a whole range of projects from simple domestic projects requiring structural alterations and surveys to larger and more complex projects like multi-storey buildings. Our design in all primary materials including steel, concrete timber and aluminum.

How We Work

Along side with the traditional methods of design to the Eurocodes using hand calculations we use a range of the latest software and technology to ensure we meet the client requirements with a quick turn around time but ensure the high level or quality and standard is maintained in delivery. Our design software includes Tekla TEDDS and design spreadsheets and for more larger projects we use Robot Structural Analysis to carry out advance finite element analysis. We then translate the design to present the structural design onto 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Who We Work With

We work with architects, builders, homeowners and developers. Some of the architects which we work closely for we provide an effective service and get involved in various stages in the process including the bidding stage to give our thoughts on structural systems which maybe required. We can assist you at all stages of your projects and deliver all the structural design requirements whilst ensuring the cost is reasonable within your budget and delivering the designs to high standards.

Professional Indemnity

Have assurance in place for your designs is really important and can act as a guarantee to satisfy the client for the services that will be provided to them. We have a PI insurance policy which covers us for all of our consulting engineering services for £250,000.
